Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 Tablespoons capers, drained
- 4 cod loins or halibut fillets
- ½ teaspoons paprika
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. F. Lightly spray the baking dish with a non-stick spray
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes. Stir in capers.
3. Place the fish in the baking dish and pour the butter mixture on top. Use a brush or spoon to evenly distribute the sauce on top of the fish. Sprinkle with paprika and bake uncovered or 15 minutes (25 minutes if baking from frozen). Fish is done when it easily flakes with a fork
