Fish Taco Toppings: Top your bowl with cherry tomatoes, avocado, red onion, or bell pepper. And if you’d like to add cheese, cotija or queso fresco would be delicious.

  1. Spritz fish all over with oil. Season all over with seasoning.
  2.  Air fry the fish 6 to 8 minutes at  375. (Put a piece of parchment under the fish to keep the fish from sticking).
  3. Make the slaw: Combine mayo and sriracha or chipotle, 2 Tablespoons lime juice, garlic, cilantro,  sugar, salt and pepper. Add coleslaw mix and stir till slaw mix is coated.

[No air fryer, no problem! Heat a skillet on high heat, spray with oil and cook 5 to 6minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.].

  1. Portion out the slaw on plates or shallow bowls and top with fish and other items such as avocado, grape tomatoes.
  2. Serve with lime wedges. Squeeze some lime juice over the bowl or plate.
