Maple Glazed Salmon

Maple Glazed Salmon Recipe
(makes enough Glaze for 1-LB Salmon: 4 servings)


1 lb. Salmon (fillet or portions)     1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons soy sauce              1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced

  1. Preheat oven to 375˚F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon, and garlic.
  3. Place the salmon on the baking sheet and top with about 1/3 of the maple glaze, reserving the rest for later.
  4. Bake salmon for 15 – 20 minutes, adding more glaze after the first 10 minutes. When salmon is cooked, remove from oven and top with remaining glaze before serving.
