Smoked Whitefish or Salmon Spread

Servings: 2 to 3 (8 oz. servings)

1-8 oz package of cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup smoked WHITEFISH or Salmon crumbles (add up to 1/2 cup for a stronger flavor profile)


  1. Soften cream cheese at room temperature, or microwave until soft for 30 second intervals
  2. Blend cream cheese with mixer until smooth
  3. Add garlic powder and mix
  4. Add green onion and mix by hand
  5. Add smoked fish crumbles and mix by hand
  6. Refrigerate upon completion and allow to stiffen and for best flavor
  7. Serve with crackers or pita chips
