Servings: 2 to 3 (8 oz. servings)
Ingredients:
1-8 oz package of cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup smoked WHITEFISH or Salmon crumbles (add up to 1/2 cup for a stronger flavor profile)
Directions:
- Soften cream cheese at room temperature, or microwave until soft for 30 second intervals
- Blend cream cheese with mixer until smooth
- Add garlic powder and mix
- Add green onion and mix by hand
- Add smoked fish crumbles and mix by hand
- Refrigerate upon completion and allow to stiffen and for best flavor
- Serve with crackers or pita chips
