Ingredients:
½ cup maple syrup
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce or Tamari (Gluten-free)
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon garlic salt (or 1/8 teaspoon granulated garlic and 1/8 teaspoon salt)
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 lb. Salmon (cut in 2 or 4 portions, depending on desired serving sizes)
Directions:
1. Gather all ingredients
2. Stir together: maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt, and pepper together in a small bowl
3. Place the salmon portions in a shallow glass baking dish and coat with the maple syrup mixture. Cover the dish and marinate the salmon in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning once halfway.
4.BAKE OR AIR FRY:
BAKING: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Bake the salmon uncovered until it flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes (or reaches 145 degrees).
AIR FRY: Preheat the air fryer to 375 for 3 minutes. Add Salmon carefully to the air fryer and air fry @ 375 degrees for 11 to 12 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork (or reaches 145 degrees).
