Simple Lemon Butter Coho Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 Coho salmon fillets (6–8 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon (half sliced, half juiced)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet or baking dish.
  3. Mix butter, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice. Brush generously over the salmon.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Top each fillet with a lemon slice.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork (internal temperature 125–130°F for medium or 145°F if you prefer fully cooked).
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley or dill before serving.
